If your computer is new or relatively new, you should be able to use our website and eBanking system without any problems. But in order to get the most out of our services, there are a few things you should be aware of.

Java
In order to be able to run eBanking you must have Java installed. The minimum requirement is Java version 1.5.0 from Sun Microsystems. If you are unsure whether your computer meets the requirements, please use our Check your computer. Here you will also find help on how to get Java.
Requirements to the speed of your internet connection
The speed of your Internet connection determines how quickly web pages are displayed in your browser. The best way to display our eBanking web pages is to use a Broadband connection.
Monitor requirements
The resolution and size of your monitor affect the appearance of Web pages. We design our Web site for a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels - the standard resolution for a 15" screen. If your browser window is smaller than the size a Website is designed for, you will see a scrollbar. Use the scrollbar to view the entire page.
W3C-compatible
In order to ensure the best possible accessibility for the most users, we check the Website and eBanking with W3C's validation service, validator.w3.org.
