Access ID is our log on solution offering customers using our eBanking system enhanced security. It also allows you to log on from any PC using your electronic identification.
We want you to enjoy use of your eBanking service, whether you are an existing customer or a new user.
How do I log on using Access ID?
To log on to Access ID you need three items:
- An eight digit unique User ID
- A password - this is a four digit PIN
- A security card
If you have already received these items you have all you need to log on using Access ID. If you need some or all of the above items we are here to help:
Call into your branch where any member of staff can provide you with your Access ID log on materials
or
Call our Customer Support Team who can order Access ID to be sent to you by post. Once received, they can also:
- talk you through your first log on to Access ID using the items sent to you in the post
- order replacement items if you lose or accidently destroy the letters
- order a new PIN if you are already using Access ID but have forgotten your PIN
- cancel your security card and order a new one if your security card is lost or stolen
