If someone encourages you to provide your data
It's really simple: We will never contact you and ask you for your user ID, password or security card information by e-mail, phone or mail. If you are asked for this information you should not provide it.
However if you initiate contact with us by phone, you may be asked to state your user ID so we can deal with your query better. We will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
