Over 2010, we merged and closed a number of branches, but opened up new ways to bank with us that are more convenient.  As an alternative to calling into a branch, you can now talk to a fully trained banking adviser at our Customer Direct team – by telephone.

For your more complex banking transactions, we have a team of professional advisers in place at your branch.  Your Customer Direct or Branch advisers can give you a deeper insight into your finances, helping you to review your present position and to achieve your future financial goals.

They can also arrange for you to meet with experts in areas such as pension and investment planning.
