National Irish Bank's 24/7 Telephone Banking is one of our Direct Banking services.

Our automated 24/7 Telephone Banking is state-of-the-art, convenience banking. This allows you to carry out many of your everyday banking transactions from anywhere you wish, at any time of the day or night.

You can conduct the majority of routine banking transactions such as bill payments, funds transfers and managing your accounts via our telephone banking service.

You could also save money as you can avoid some of the fees charged for using the same services in branches. Register now for free.

Our 24/7 Telephone Banking service :

  • Saves you time – you can access the telephone service from wherever you are by landline or mobile phone and you don't have to visit the branch.
  • Access to your money anytime – the service is available 24/7, so you can bank when it suits you, not just during banking hours.
  • Saves you money – conducting transactions over the telephone is cheaper than those transactions done manually in branches – see our Charges section for more information.
  • Puts you in control – it allows you to keep track of your finances so you always know where you stand financially.

For greater control and efficiency 24/7 Telephone Banking can be used in addition to eBanking. Both services are provided free of charge. Register for each of them. Should your internet connection fail or if you do not have immediate access to a PC, you can do your banking through 24/7 Telephone Banking instead.
