A mandate is the customer's written authority to the bank to accept their instructions as to how they wish to operate the account. It is imperative your Mandate is kept up to date and that we are advised of any changes.

Individual/Sole Trader/Joint Account

Mandate for Individuals/Sole Traders/Joint Accounts when opening new accounts
(once completed this will supercede any previous Mandate held)

Signature Cards
(these are used in order to provide the Bank with specimen signatures. Each mandate holder should complete one form (i.e. 2 signatures each)).

Fax & Email Indemnity 
(This allows you to send fax and email instructions to us to act upon and allows us to communicate via email with you.

"How we use Personal Information" form (This document includes such details as marketing preferences, permission to communicate via email, etc. The 'Marketing Preferences' section of this document must be completed for it to be valid)
