How will I know about these changes?
We have written to all our customers to explain the changes we are making. We intend to make these changes as seamlessly as possible and will keep you informed well in advance of how they may affect you. For the moment, you don’t need to do anything.
When are you closing these branches?
The changes to our branch network will begin in spring 2010 and will be completed during 2011. We will continue to work closely with you during this time, and will let you know of any changes well in advance.
I am a business customer, what do these changes mean for me?
Your business is very important to us and these changes are about positioning ourselves to optimise our service to you into the future. As with all customers, you don’t have to do anything at the moment. If you have any specific queries, please contact your relationship manager.
