Deposit Protection Schemes
All deposit accounts with National Irish Bank are covered, through combined protection under the Danish Guarantee Fund for Depositors and Investors and the Irish Deposit Protection Scheme, up to a maximum of €100,000 per depositor.

National Irish Bank's participation in the Irish Deposit Protection Scheme is listed on the consumer website www.itsyourmoney.ie

So, customer savings and deposits in National Irish Bank/Danske Bank are both safe and secure.
