Before completing your application
It’s a good idea to read the job description thoroughly so you are absolutely clear what you are applying for. Spend time considering why you want to apply and what makes you qualified.
Be clear about your motivation
When we go through your application, we obviously want to see if you are qualified. But we would also like to hear more about your experience. So do give us some concrete examples of the kind of work you have been doing. We also consider your motivation for applying to be important. Why are you applying for this particular vacancy? What opportunities do you see in the job? Remember that your application should differentiate you from everyone else. But be careful not to over-sell yourself. Its always better to be subtle and honest.
CV and supporting documents
When you submit your application, you can attach the following:
- One file containing your application and CV
The file needs to be in Word or PDF format and should not exceed 10 MB in total.
We use your CV to get a quick snapshot of your experience and educational background. If you are a student or recent graduate list all your grades at the end of your CV and bring the certificates with you if you are invited to an interview.
One application per job
We do not keep job applications on file. You will only be assessed in relation to the job you actually apply for. If you are unsuccessful, you are always welcome to apply for other jobs within our organisation.
